A new season for the podcast

Stephen and I wrapped up Season One of "Explore the Everyday" in December of 2021. Originally we only wanted to take a month or two off from the podcast. This turned into a much longer sabbatical.
To be honest, we finally began recording new content in May... five months into our two month break.
The first episode eventually released on October 13... ten and a half months into that two month break.
Ironically, it was the Resonate podcast festival that pushed me to get the new season launched. I didn't want to show up and tell people about my podcast which had been dormant for almost a year. No, I wanted to be able to say "We actually just launched season two." Which is exactly what happened one day before the festival.
So, what happened? I suppose the easy answer would be that we got lazy. The pragmatic answer is that a lot has happened over the last year and neither of us prioritized getting the show going again. That said, we're now back to weekly releases which means that we are once again accountable to maintaining that schedule. Priorities have been shifted into a more proper order and I'm excited to see where it takes us.
